Our Lady of Mercy has a Full time Guidance Counselor who coordinates the Individual Student Needs Committee to identify students with special needs. Our counselor also advises parents, individual students, small groups, and classrooms on academic or social concerns. The Guidance Counselor  coordinates the Duke Talent Identification Program (TIP) for students in grade 4 and 7, and the Child Protection Program.
