Monday: “Move it Monday”
· Focus on exercise and health

· Challenge: Do something that makes your heart pump today

· Students are invited to wear red T-shirts to school

Tuesday: “Take Time Tuesday”
· Focus on implementing self-care activities into your daily routine

· Challenge: Take the time today to do a technology free activity that makes you feel good (Examples: spend time outside, read a good book, pray, meditate, draw, shoot hoops, etc.)

Wednesday: “Wacky Wednesday”
· Focus on how laughter can positively impact overall wellness

· Challenge: Make someone laugh or smile today

· Students are invited to wear silly socks to school

· *Red Ribbon Week Visitors!

o Smile Stars (Dr. Steve Ripple) will be visiting Pre-K and Kindergarten students to discuss oral health

o Dr. Stephen Sanches will visit 3rd-8th grade assembly for a fun presentation on making smart food choices

Thursday: “Thankful Thursday”
· Focus on how gratitude can positively impact overall wellness

· Challenge: Write a thank you note to someone who is important to you

Friday: Classroom Contest Raffle Drawing
