Each household in the parish and school will be provided with a book of 10 tickets for this raffle. To assign parishioner ticket sales to a particular student at the school for their incentives, simply put the student’s name at the bottom of each ticket and return to the school. Tickets are $1 each and additional tickets are available through the church and school offices. The first raffle ticket turn in date is Tuesday, April 10th.

DEADLINE - WEDNESDAY, MARCH 28, 2018 (Winners will be contacted Thursday, March 29, 2018).
DONATION - $400 / space. All payments must be paid by credit card / PayPal by Monday, April 9, 2018, in order to reserve the winning space. Thank you for your support of Our Lady of Mercy.
DETAILS - A quantity of twenty-two (22), 10' x 10' spaces are available for your family & guests to use as a home base during our 2018 MERCY MAGIC Fair. All spaces will be marked under a single large tent provided by our Carnival Company. This family area will be centrally located, bordering the Carnival midway and just to the north-side of the main performance stage.
For your convenience, families will not be responsible for providing/setting up their own 10' x 10' easy-up tents. Again, all 22 lottery spaces will be provided under a single big-top style tent. Families may furnish their spaces with their own folding-chairs, blankets, theme decorations, etc. A reminder, no outside food or drink/ice chests. Food exceptions are gladly made for families with infants and food allergies.
