OLOL Children's Hospital Service Project

The doors of the new freestanding children’s hospital are opening soon. This highly anticipated hospital will offer families a network of pediatric clinical excellence right here in Louisiana.

Our Lady of Mercy School wants to celebrate this grand opening by helping to provide needed items during the same week we acknowledge the Feast of Our Lady of Mercy. This service project will be led by our 5th graders as they help collect items in morning carpool between September 23rd and October 1st. All carpool designations, including the bus drop off, will be places to drop off items.

The Feast of Our Lady of Mercy is September 24 and we couldn’t think of a better way to honor Our Lady than by partnering with a Catholic hospital who, like Mercy, acknowledges the love, protection, and comfort of the Blessed Mother.

We hope you will join us in this mission to provide items to Our Lady of the Lake’s Children’s Hospital. If you have any questions, please reach out to Brooke Johnson.
