Nurse
Our Lady of Mercy School provides a full-time registered nurse on site to address acute illnesses or injuries during school hours. Additionally, please note that our campus is designated as peanut-free.

If it is necessary for your child to take medication at school, the following forms must be completed and returned to the school office before medication can be administered. (Both forms should be submitted to the School Nurse.)
